Eupatoria7th Stage of World Cup — International draughts-64 competition memory S. Kashaev was held from 19 September (arrival day) to 25 September in Evpatoria, Ukraine. 36 players from 7 countries participated. International Grandmasters Sergey Belosheyev from Ukraine took 1st place, Dmitry Tsinman from Russia took 2nd place and Ion Dosca from Moldova took 3rd place. See results.

Rules

The FMJD Section-64 – IDF in accordance with the calendar of the FMJD Section-64-IDF competitions in 2013 holds 7th Stage of World Cup — International draughts-64 competition memory S. Kashaev.

Place, date

Competition will held in Evpatoria, Ukraine, from September 19, (arrival day) till September 26, 2013.
The turnout and registration: September 19, sanatorium center “Femida”, Frunze str. 28, Evpatoria, Ukraine.
Credentials Committee will work September 19, from 10.00 till 18.00.

Tournament regulations

Competitions are held in the Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games with the drawing according to the official tables of the Section-64,  time control 30 minutes till the end of the game plus 20 seconds on each move.
System of competition is Swiss.

Requirements for participants

All participants are allowed to participate in competitions, regardless of gender, age and rating, with sports category at least «candidate of master» who timely filed application to Draughts and Chess Federation of Crimea. The number of participants representing the country is not limited.
All participants must have medical insurance for the period of competition.
Participants must to be on the closing ceremony of the competition, in breach of the item they are deprived of official awards.

Tournament fees

Each participant of the competitions should pay organizational tournament fee 20 (twenty) euros at the day of arrival.

Accommodation and meals

Travel expenses, accommodation and meals paid by sending organizations.
Cost of accommodation ranges from 6 to 12 euros per person per day.

Prize fund

Prize fund of the competition no less than $ 1,000.
