World Cup 2013 is over

World Cup 2013 in draughts-64 is over. Vladimir Skrabov won. Second and third prize winners were defined in the last Stage of World Cup in St. Petersburg. Dmitry Tsinman took second place and Gavril Kolesov took third place. Valeria Denisova was the best among women. Dmitry Melnikov was the best among boys born in 1997 and younger. Final of World Cup – International competitions memory Vasily Sokov

Final of World Cup 2013 – International draughts-64 competitions memory Vasily Sokov ended. Sergey Belosheyev from Evpatoria, Ukraine, won. Tournament was held from 08 December (arrival day) to 15 December 2013 in St. Petersburg, Russia. 76 players participated in 2 tournaments – World Cup and Youth tournament. 2nd unofficial world championship of computer programs

Draughts enthusiast Krzysztof Grzelak (Kornik, Poland) spent from 02 to 12 December 2013 2nd unofficial world championship among computer programs. Tournament ended today. The program “Tornado” is a winner. We congratulate software developer Michail Glizerin with success! Tournament was held in Russian draughts with the drawing of moves and positions (flying draughts). 9 programs was involved. See results HERE
