International tournament in draughts-64 “Jogeva-2015” (Russian version, draw of moves and positions) was held from July 27 to July 31, 2015 in Jõgeva Gymnasium (Jogeva, Rokhu str. 10, Estonia). 19 players participated. Among them are three international Grandmasters, two national Grandmasters, one international master and seven masters of sports.
International Grandmaster Guntis Valneris from Riga (Latvia) with 12 points won. Grangmaster Andrey Kalachnikov from Moscow (Russia) with 12 points took 2nd place on additional criteria and International Grandmaster Vladimir Skrabov from Yaroslavl with 11 points took 3rd place. Rules
1. Goals and objectives
Tournament is held for promotion and development of draughts-64, excellence and fulfillment of international titles, strengthening the friendly relations between draughts players of the countries – member of FMJD Section-64.
2. Time, place and leadership of the tournament
Tournament is held from July 27 to July 31, 2015 in Jogeva (Estonia). Venue: Jõgeva Gymnasium (Jogeva, Rokhu str. 10).
Opening ceremony is on July 27 at 10 am, closing ceremony is on July 31 at 15.00.
Tournament is organized and conducted Jogeva Draughts Club in cooperation with the Estonian Draughts Union.
3. Tournament program
It is held overall tournament in draughts-64 for men and women with the draw of the initial moves and positions.
Places are determined additionally for women, players with rating below 2350 (ESF) or 2100 (FMJD) as of July 20, 2015 and among veterans (60 years and older).
System of the competitions is Swiss (8 rounds).
Competitions are held on the system of micro-matches from two games. The time control is 45 minutes to the end of the game + 30 seconds per move for each participant in both parties of micro-match.

All declared players are allowed participate.
