International Draughts Federation IDF together with Portuguese Draughts Federation in accordance with the Calendar of the competitions in 2015 holds from October 31 (arrival day) till November 8, 2015 (departure day) in Albufeira, Portugal 6th Stage of World Cup 2015 in draughts-64 – International competition “Portugal-2015”. Copmetition ended. Vladimir Skrabov won classic program in Russian draughts and blitz in Brazilian draughts. Adil Belyamani from Morocco won rapid in Portuduese draughts.

Competition started. International Match of 11 boards Portugal versus Rest of World in Portuguese Draughts was held today. Players from Russia and Morocco play for the world team against the best Portuguese players. Players play 4 games in lucky opening with time control 90 min per player on all 4 games.

Tournament regulations
Competitions are held in the three types of program: Blitz, Rapid and Classic.
1). Blitz (Brazilian Draughts) – 7 rounds by Swiss system, micro-matches consist of two games with draw according to the official table of the Section-64, 5 min + 3 s/move for each game.
2). Rapid (Portuguese Draughts) – 7 rounds by Swiss system, 20 min for 2 games total.
3) Classic (Russian Draughts) – 7 rounds by Swiss system, micro-matches consist of two games with draw according to the official table of the Section-64, 20 min + 10 s/move for each game.
As part of the competition International Match: Portugal versus Rest of World in Portuguese Draughts will be played.
Requirements for participants
All participants are allowed to participate in competitions, regardless of gender, age and rating who timely filed application.
All participants must have medical insurance for the period of the competition.
Participants must to be on the closing ceremony of the competition. In case of absence the closing ceremony, participants lose all official awards. Awards will not be sent or transferred.
Tournament fees
Each participant of the competitions should pay organizational tournament fee 50 Euro at the day of arrival.
Prize fund
Prize fund of the competition is no less than 1000 Euro.

5. The costs of accommodation, meals and travel of participants are paid by their sending organizations or at their own expenses.
Travel
To Lisbon and back by plane + Lisbon-Albufeira/Albufeira-Lisbon by train or by bus – at the expenses of each federation or player.
