Rules
The Section-64 FMJD in accordance with the calendar of the Section-64 competitions in 2012 holds International competition memory Chapichev-5th Stage of World Cup in draughts-64.
Place, date
Competition will held in Eupatoria, Ukraine, from September 16, (arrival day) till September 23, 2012.
The turnout and registration: September 16, sanatorium center “Femida”, Frunze str. 28, Eupatoria, Ukraine.
Credentials Committee will work September 06, from 10.00 till 18.00.
Tournament regulations
Competition will held in the Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games with the drawing according to the official tables of the Section-64.
Time control will be 45 minutes till the end of the game plus 15 seconds on each move.
System of competition is Swiss.
All participants with a sport category not less than the candidate to master of sport that paid the entry fee and registered are allowed to participate in tournament.

Tournament fees
Each participant should pay organizational tournament fee 20 (twenty) Euro before the tournament.
Accommodation and meals
Travel expenses, accommodation and meals paid by sending organizations. Cost of accommodation ranges from 5 to 10 euros per person per day.
