The Section-64 FMJD in accordance with the calendar of the Section-64 competitions in 2012 holds from July 30 (arrival day)\u00a0to August 7, 2012.\u00a0international competitions \u00abTikhvin-2012\u00bb — World Cup.\"\"<\/p>\n

Competition will be held from 30 July (the day of arrival) to August 07, 2012 in Tikhvin (Russia), in chess and draughts club (4th<\/sup> Micro-region, 13\/14).<\/p>\n

Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n

The competition is open to all players, regardless of age and rating, with a sport category not less than candidate for master of sports, who paid the entry fee and registered. The number of participants representing the country is not limited.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Tournament regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competitions will hold on the Swiss system in 9 rounds according to the FMJD rules.<\/p>\n

Competitions will hold in the Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of 2 games in the two types of programs: the classic game and the blitz game. All types of the program will be played with the drawing according to the official tables of the Draughts Federation of Russia. At the tournament will be set a norm of master of sports of Russia and Grandmaster of Russia.<\/p>\n

Tournament fees<\/strong><\/p>\n

— for foreign participants and participants at the special invitation of the organizers — no fee.
\n— for participants, representing Leningrad region — 250 rubles.
\n— for participants, representing Tikhvin — 100 rubles.
\n— for other participants — 1000 rubles.<\/p>\n

Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants who took 1-3 places in both programs will be awarded by diplomas of Section 64 FMJD, medals and money prizes. Participant who took a 1st<\/sup> place also will be awarded by the Cup. The winners of 4 — 6 places in the main program will be awarded by money prizes.<\/p>\n

The prize fund will be 30000 rub.<\/p>\n

Participants must to be on the closing ceremony, in breach of the item they are deprived of prizes.<\/p>\n

Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travel expenses, accommodation and meals paid by sending organizations.<\/p>\n
