center;\">\u00a0Rules<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Place, date <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Championship will be held at the Sports Complex \u00abAqualife\u00bb, Kranevo (Bulgaria) from August 25, (arrival day) till September 04, 2015 (departure day).<br \/>\nCredentials Committee will work August 25, from 14.00 till 22.00.<br \/>\nAll participants must have medical insurance for the period of competition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tournament regulations <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Championship is held separately among men 1965-56 years born, men 1955 years born and older; women 1965 years born and older.<\/p>\n<p>Competitions are held in Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games in the two types of programs:<br \/>\nClassic &#8212; with time control 45 minutes till the end of the game plus 10 seconds per move;<br \/>\nBlitz &#8212; with time control 3 minutes till the end of the game plus 2 seconds per move.<\/p>\n<p>All types of the program will be played with draw according to the official tables of the Section-64 for men and draw of the first move of the white for women.<\/p>\n<p>System of competition is Swiss or Round robin, depending on the number of participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for participants <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All participants claimed by national federations are allowed to participate in World Seniors Championship-2015.<br \/>\nParticipants must comply with the dress code.<br \/>\nParticipants must to be on opening and closing ceremony of the competition. In case of absence the closing ceremony, participants lose all official awards. Awards will not be sent or transferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tournament fees <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each participant of the competitions should pay organizational tournament fee at the day of arrival: 30 euros for participating in the classic program and 10 euros for the blitz program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accommodation and meals <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hotel accommodation is in 2-3 bed rooms with facilities in the room.<br \/>\nRooms will be booked in the order of receipt of applications. All participants and accompanying must residence in Sports Complex \u201cAqua Life\u201d from August 25, till September 04, 2015. In case of violation of this paragraph penalties can be applied.<br \/>\nSports Complex \u201cAqua Life\u201d is closed and guarded territory. Peoples, who do not live in the complex, will not be allowed to the territory.<\/p>\n<p>The cost of accommodation and meals (three-time buffet):<br \/>\n25 euros per person per day in the building \u201cAqua Life\u201d;<br \/>\n30 euro per person per day in buildings \u201cAqua Life \u2013 Sport\u201d and \u201cAqua Life \u2013 Active\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All costs for participation in competitions are paid by sending organizations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can get different types of transport to Varna.<\/p>\n<p>From airport of Varna to the bus station Varna by bus number 409 (the frequency of flights of about 20 minutes).<br \/>\nBus service or by bus line Varna &#8212; Kranevo, Varna &#8212; Albena and Varna &#8212; Balchik, which also come in Kranevo.
