1. Goals and objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Tournament is held for promotion and development of draughts-64, excellence and fulfillment of international titles, strengthening the friendly relations between draughts players of the countries \u2013 member of FMJD Section-64.<\/p>\n

2. Time, place and leadership of the tournament<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tournament is held from July 29 to August 03, 2014 in Jogeva (Estonia). Venue:
\nJ\u00f5geva Gymnasium (Jogeva, Rokhu str. 10).
\nOpening ceremony is on July 29 at 12 am, closing ceremony is on August 3 at 15.00.
\nTournament is organized and conducted Jogeva Draughts Club in cooperation with the Estonian Draughts Union.<\/p>\n

3. Tournament program<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is held overall tournament in draughts-64 for men and women with the draw of the initial moves and positions.
\nPlaces are determined additionally for women and players with rating below 2350 (ESF) or 2100 (FMJD) as of July 20, 2014.
\nSystem of the competitions is Swiss (9 rounds).
\nCompetitions are held on the system of micro-matches from two parties. The time control is 45 minutes + 30 seconds per move to the end of the game for each participant in both parties of micro-match.<\/p>\n

4. Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n

All declared players are allowed participate.<\/p>\n

Entry fee for the claimed until July 13 players is 10 EUR, after the deadline — 15 EUR. Grandmasters play without entry fee. Entry fee can be transferred to the bank account of J\u00f5geva Draughts Club:<\/p>\n

The prize fund is 1100 euros, as well as diplomas and non-cash prizes.<\/p>\n
