Rules<\/h2>\n

Championship is held in Eupatoria, Russia, from September 07, (arrival day) till September 16, 2014.
\nThe turnout and registration: September 07, Sanatorium center \u201cFemida\u201d, Frunze str. 28, Eupatoria, Russia. Credentials Committee will work September 07, from 14.00 till 22.00.
\nAll participants must have medical insurance for the period of competition.
\nOpening ceremony and blitz will be held September 08, at 12.00
\nClassic program will start September 09, at 10.00. Last round and closing ceremony are September 15.
\nDeparture of participants is September 16.<\/p>\n
Tournament regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n
Championship is held separately among men 1964-55 years born, men 1954 years born and older; women 1969 years born and older. <\/strong>
\nCompetitions are held in the Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games in the two types of programs:
\nClassic program — with time control 45 minutes till the end of the game plus 15 seconds on each move;
\nBlitz — with time control 3 minutes till the end of the game plus 3 seconds on each move.
\nAll types of the program will be played with the drawing according to the official tables of the Section-64 for men and the drawing of the first move of the white for women.
\nSystem of competition is Swiss or Round robin, depending on the number of participants.
\nAll participants claimed by national federations are allowed to participate in World Seniors Championship-2014.
\nParticipants must to be on the closing ceremony of the competition, in breach of the item they are deprived of official awards FMJD.<\/p>\n
Applications<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n
Applications for participation in the Championship must be submitted to the office of International Draughts Federation until August 25, 2014 on e-mail: section64.idf@gmail.com<\/a> and repeated to organizers on e-mail: zhukww@meta.ua<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n
Tournament fees<\/strong><\/p>\n
Each participant of the competitions should pay organizational tournament fee at the day of arrival:\u00a0 30 (thirty) euros for participating in the classic program and 10 (ten) euros for the blitz program.<\/p>\n
Accommodation and meals<\/strong><\/p>\n
Travel expenses, accommodation and meals paid by sending organizations.
\nCompetitions are held on the basis of Sanatorium center \u201cFemida\u201d. The cost of accommodation participants in budget packages is from 200 to 450 Russian rubles (4,25 to 9,5 Euro) per person per day. It is more expensive accommodation in superior rooms. Participants, who do not reside in Sanatorium center \u201cFemida\u201d, make one-time payment in the amount of 10 Euro.<\/p>\n
