<\/strong>\u00a0Rules<\/h2>\n

Place, date<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competitions are held from November 1, (arrival day) till November 9, 2014 (departure day) in Portugal.<\/p>\n

Competitions for Portuguese draughts and match the Portuguese national team — team of the world will be held in Lisbon. Competitions for Russian and Brazilian draughts will be held in Albufeira. More detailed information on venues, accommodation and meals for the participants will be published additionally.<\/p>\n

Tournament regulations <\/strong><\/p>\n

Competition will be held in the three types of programs:<\/p>\n

1) Portuguese draughts — Rapid, 7 rounds by Swiss system, 20 min for each participant on two games
\n2) Brazilian draughts — Blitz, 7 rounds by Swiss system, 3 min + 3 s\/move for each participant
\n3) Russian draughts —\u00a0Classic, 7 rounds by Swiss system, 25 min + 5 s\/move for each participant.<\/p>\n

Competitions will be held by the system of micro-matches consist of two games.
\nCompetitions for Portuguese draughts will be held in classic draughts.
\nCompetitions for Russian and Brazilian draughts will be held with a toss according to the official table of the Section-64.<\/p>\n

As part of the competition match in the Portuguese draughts on 10 — 20 boards: the Portuguese national team — team of the world will be held. The match will be held in 2 rounds:
\n1st round — player\u2019s seat at master’s request, 2nd round \u2013 player\u2019s seat on a toss.<\/p>\n

Time control for each round — 1 hour to each player for 4 games — 2 games in the classic draughts and 2 games with a toss of moves (for the white and black) according to the table of the Portuguese Draughts Federation.<\/p>\n

Requirements for participants<\/strong><\/p>\n

All participants are allowed to participate in competitions, regardless of gender, age and rating who timely filed application.<\/p>\n

Participants must to be on the closing ceremony of the competition, in breach of the item they are deprived of official awards.<\/p>\n

Tournament fees<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each participant of the competitions should pay organizational tournament fee at the day of arrival:<\/p>\n

— Portuguese draughts 5 euro
\n— Brazilian draughts 10 euro
\n— Russian draughts 30 euro.<\/p>\n

Prize fund<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prize fund of the competition is no less than 1000 Euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n
