<\/p>\n

July, 27 was held blitz tournament\u00a0on\u00a0 the Cup of\u00a0President of the Section-64.<\/p>\n

Six best players of the world was\u00a0participate:\u00a0world champions Gavril Kolesov, Sergey Belosheev, Vladimir Skrabov (a silver medalist of WMSG-2011 also),\u00a0\u00a0Mikhail Goryunov, the winner of World Cup-2011 Dmitry Tsinman,\u00a0champion of Israel, the national GM Konstantin Savchenko.<\/p>\n

The tournament was held in a round-robin system with two rounds. First round was held with the drawing of\u00a0moves and positions. The second round was held in the classic game with a\u00a0drawing of the first move of White.
\nThe winner was determined by the maximum number of points scored in two rounds.<\/p>\n

Rules<\/h2>\n

The Section-64 FMJD in accordance with the calendar of the Section-64 competitions in 2012 holds international competitions <\/strong>\u00abWhite Nights \u2013 2012\u00bb — II World Cup \"\"<\/p>\n

\u00a0Place, date<\/h2>\n

Competitions will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, \u00a0from\u00a0July 21, (arrival day) till July 30, 2012.<\/p>\n

The turnout and registration: July 21, Chigorin club, Bolshaya Koniushennaya str. 25, St. Petersburg, Russia.
\nCredentials Committee will work July 21, from 14.00 till 22.00.
\nAll participants must have medical insurance for the period of competition.
\nOpening ceremony July 22, at 11.00
\nClosing ceremony July 30, at 15.00. Departure of participants from 16.00.<\/p>\n

Participants must to be on the closing ceremony of the competition, in breach of the item they are deprived of official awards.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Tournament regulations<\/h2>\n

3 tournaments are held:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Competitions in draughts-64 — II World Cup.<\/li>\n
  2. Competitions in draughts-100.<\/li>\n
  3. Youth competitions in draughts-64 separately for boys and girls 1996 year born and younger (with the offset of the age groups).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Team results are determined in the youth competitions. The composition of teams: 2 boys and 1 girl.<\/p>\n

    Competitions in draughts-64 are held in the Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games with time control 45 minutes till the end of the game plus 30 seconds on each move.<\/p>\n

    Competitions in draughts-64 \u2013 II World Cup are played with the draw of the moves according to the official tables of the Section-64, youth competitions are played without draw of the moves.
    \nCompetitions in draughts-100 are played with time control 1 hour and 20 minutes till the end of the game plus 1 minute on each move.<\/p>\n

    System of competition is Swiss or round robin, depending on the number of participants.<\/p>\n

    Awards:<\/h2>\n

    Participants who win each competition are awarding by cups and diplomas. Participants who take 2nd<\/sup> and 3th place in each competition are awarding by diplomas.
    \nTeam-winner of youth competition are awarding by cup. Participants of teams-winners are awarding by diplomas.<\/p>\n

    The money prices for competitions in draughts-64 — II World Cup and competitions in draughts-100 (number and amount) will depend on the number of participants (80% of the tournaments fees collected in this competition).
    \nPrices will be paid for highest classifications, the best woman and other prices according to organizers decision.<\/p>\n

    All participants declared by national federations are allowed to participate in competitions <\/strong>\u00abWhite Nights \u2013 2012\u00bb.<\/p>\n

    Applications for participation in competitions must be submitted to the Section-64 until July 4, 2012.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0Tournament fees<\/h2>\n

    Each participant of the competitions should pay organizational tournament fee at the day of arrival:\u00a0 25 (twenty five) euro for participating in competitions in draughts-64 — II World Cup and competitions in draughts-100, 15 (fifteen) euro for participating in youth competitions.<\/p>\n

    Accommodation and meals<\/h2>\n

    Travel expenses, accommodation and meals paid by sending organizations.<\/p>\n

    Accommodation can be available in different mini-hotels near the club. Accommodation is booking independently. Organizers may to help with the cheapest options if necessary.<\/p>\n
