Place, date<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seminars will hold at the Sports Complex \u00abAqualife\u00bb, Kranevo, Bulgaria, from August 27, (arrival day) till September 05, 2013.
\nRegistration of participants will be August 27, from 14.00 till 22.00.
\nSeminars start August 28, at 15.00.
\nThe end of the seminar and exam September 04.
\nDeparture of participants September 05.<\/p>\n

Program of seminars<\/strong><\/p>\n

— Rules of the Game and competitions of the FMJD Section-64 in draughts-64\u00a0(Revised 2011)
\n— Systems of the competition, computer drawing
\n— FMJD rating system, international norms and titles
\n— Requirements for the referees
\n— Exam<\/p>\n

Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

The seminar is conducted by qualified arbiters with the title of «International Arbiter»
\nParticipants of the seminar who pass the exam will receive an international certificate.
\nAll expenses for the seminar paid by the sending organization.
\nThe entry fee for the seminar is 30 euros.<\/p>\n

Applications<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications for participation in the seminars must be submitted to the Section-64 on e-mail: section64.idf@gmail.com<\/a>, langin@rbcmail.ru<\/a> not later than July 24, 2013.
\nHotel accommodation will be in double rooms with facilities in the room. Places will be booked in the order of receipt of applications.
\nThe cost of accommodation and meals for participants will be 25 euros per person per day.
\nAll participants must residence from the organizers! Sports Complex \u00abAqualife\u00bb is closed and guarded territory. Peoples, who do not live in the complex, will not be allowed to the territory.<\/p>\n

Travel<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

You can get different types of transport to Varna.
\nFrom the airport Varna to the bus station Varna by bus number 409 (the frequency of flights of about 20 minutes).
\nBus service or by bus line Varna — Kranevo, Varna — Albena and Varna — Balchik, which also come in Kranevo. Bus timetable from the bus station of Varna http:\/\/avtogari.info\/index_en.php<\/a>
\nTaxi from the airport in Kranevo (Taxi available at the airport)
\nTransfer can be arranged by the organizers. The cost is 40 euros per car for 4 people.<\/p>\n
