Rules<\/h2>\n

The Section-64 FMJD in accordance with the calendar of the Section-64 competitions in 2012 holds International competition memory Chapichev-5th Stage of\u00a0 World Cup in draughts-64.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Place, date<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competition will held in Eupatoria, Ukraine, from September 16, (arrival day) till September 23, 2012.<\/p>\n

The turnout and registration: September 16, sanatorium center \u201cFemida\u201d, Frunze str. 28, Eupatoria, Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Credentials Committee will work September 06, from 10.00 till 18.00.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Tournament regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competition will held in the Russian version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games with the drawing according to the official tables of the Section-64.<\/p>\n

Time control will be 45 minutes till the end of the game plus 15 seconds on each move.<\/p>\n

System of competition is Swiss.<\/p>\n

All participants with a sport category not less than the candidate to master of sport that paid the entry fee and registered are allowed to participate in tournament.<\/p>\n

Applications for participation in tournament must be submitted to the Draughts federation of Krym until September 10, 2012 on e-mail: zhukww@meta.ua<\/a><\/span>, v.jyk@mail.ru<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tournament fees<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each participant should pay organizational tournament fee 20 (twenty) Euro before the tournament.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Accommodation and meals<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Travel expenses, accommodation and meals paid by sending organizations. Cost of accommodation ranges from 5 to 10 euros per person per day.<\/p>\n
