Regulations of the World Cup 2014 in draughts-64<\/h2>\n

1<\/strong>. Goals and objectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competitions are held for the developing of draughts-64 in the world.<\/p>\n

The objectives of the World Cup are:
\n— Improving Sports Mastery;
\n— Performance of norms of international titles;
\n— Identification of best players;
\n— The selection to the official competitions in 2015;
\n— Strengthening the friendly relations between the draughts players from different countries.<\/p>\n

2. Competition organizers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall management of the organization of competitions carried out by:
\n— Section-64 of the World Draughts Federation FMJD — International Draughts Federation IDF (Next Section-64);
\n— National Federations of Draughts;
\n— The organizers of each stage of the World Cup.<\/p>\n

Direct holding of competitions shall Main judiciary board approved by the Section-64.<\/p>\n

3. Place and date.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The World Cup is held in six stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

4. Participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All sportsmen\u2019s, regardless of gender, age and rating, with sports category at least \u00abcandidate of master of sport\u00bb can participate in the competition at all stages of the World Cup. <\/strong><\/p>\n

5. System of competitions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competitions are personal.
\nCompetitions are held in accordance with the Official Rules of Section-64.
\nThe system and time control is set at every stage of the panel of judges to the number of participants and their qualifications.
\nNorms of international titles are set in competitions in accordance with the rules of the FMJD.<\/p>\n

6. Determination of winners.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place in the competition at each stage are determined by the highest total of points scored by the participants. For the victory is given \u2013 2 points for a draw \u2013 one for loss \u2013 0.<\/p>\n

In the case when the points from two or more participants are equal places of participants are defined according to the criteria of the corresponding system of the competition.<\/p>\n

7. Overall World Cup standings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3 best results shown in stages go into the overall World Cup standings.
\nParticipants in addition to the points for the top 3 stages shown in Russian version, get bonus points for participation in each program on the Brazilian, Czech, Italian,\u00a0Portugal\u00a0version (in the table).<\/p>\n

Depending on the level of the tournament, additional coefficients are introduced.<\/p>\n

The coefficients on items 1) and 2) are multiplied together and multiplied by the number of points for the busy place.<\/p>\n

In case of a tie of two or more participants, places participants in the finals of the World Cup are determined by the highest place of employment in the classic program of one of the stages in which they participated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8. Awarding.<\/strong><\/p>\n

World Cup winner is given the title of \u00abWinner of the World Cup 2014 in draughts-64\u00bb.
\nHe awarded the trophy,\u00a0medal and\u00a0diploma.
\nThe participants, who came in the World Cup in second and third position awarded with medals and diplomas.<\/p>\n

Prize fund in overall World Cup is \u20ac 3,000:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n2nd <\/strong>place \u2013 \u00a0600 EUR<\/strong>
\n3rd <\/strong>place \u2013 \u00a0450 EUR<\/strong>

\n5th <\/strong>place \u2013 \u00a0200 EUR<\/strong>
\n6th <\/strong>place \u2013 \u00a0150 EUR<\/strong>
\nBest <\/strong>veteran<\/strong> <\/strong>60<\/strong> <\/strong>+<\/strong> \u00a0<\/strong>\u2013<\/strong> <\/strong>100<\/strong> <\/strong>EUR<\/strong>
\nBest\u00a0woman\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2013 100 EUR<\/strong>
\nBest boy <\/strong>born in 1998 and younger \u2013 100 EUR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants are required to be present at closing ceremony, in case of violation of this paragraph they are deprive of official awards.<\/p>\n

Prize-winners of the World Cup in 2014 are allowed to participate in the World Championship in 2015.<\/p>\n

The winner of the World Cup 2014 will be provided with accommodation and meals by the organizers of World Championship. He will pay tournament fee in a single amount. \u00a0Another prize-winners will participate in the World Championship in 2015 without a tournament fee.<\/p>\n

9. Financing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Costs at each stage:
\n— For the competition, prize fund, payment for the panel of judges, staff, travel expenses, computer support \u2013 at the expenses of organizers;
\n— Admission (accommodation, food, travel expenses) for some foreign participants and invited participants with high ratings (as agreed) \u2013 at the expenses of organizers;
\n— The costs of all other participants (accommodation, food, travel expenses, visas, etc.) \u2013 at the expenses of the sending organizations or the participants themselves;
\n— The costs of the awards in the Overall World Cup (Cup, medals, diplomas, awards, prize money) at the expenses of Section-64.<\/p>\n
