1<\/strong>. Goals and objectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competitions are held for the purpose of draughts-64 in the world.
\nThe objectives of the World Cup are:
\n— Improving Sports Mastery;
\n— Performance of norms of international titles;
\n— Identification of best players;
\n— The selection to the official competitions in 2014;
\n— Strengthening the friendly relations between the draughts players from different countries.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Competition organizers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall management of the organization of competitions carried out by:
\n— Section-64 of the World Draughts Federation FMJD
\n— International Draughts Federation IDF (Next Section-64);
\n— National Federations of Draughts;
\n— The organizers of each stage of the World Cup.
\nDirect holding of competitions shall Main judiciary board approved by the Section-64.<\/p>\n

3. Place and date of<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All sportsmen\u2019s, regardless of gender, age and rating, with sports category at least «candidate of master of sport» can participate in the
\ncompetition at all stages of the World Cup.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

5. System of competitions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competitions are personal.
\nCompetitions are held in accordance with the Official Rules of Section-64.
\nThe system and time control is set at every stage of the judging panel according to the number of participants and their qualifications.
\nNorms of international titles are set in competitions in accordance with the rules of the FMJD.<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong> <\/strong>Determination of winners<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place in the competition at each stage are determined by the highest total of points scored by the participants. For the victory is given — 2 points for a draw — one for loss — 0.
\nIn the case when the points from two or more participants are equal places of participants are defined according to the criteria of the corresponding system of the competition.<\/p>\n

7.<\/strong> <\/strong>Overall<\/strong> <\/strong>World Cup standings<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Players get points in each stage of the World Cup according taken places in the following order:<\/p>\n

3 best results shown in stages go into the overall World Cup standings. Participants in addition to the points for the top 3 stages shown in Russian version, get bonus points for participation in each program on the Brazilian, Czech, Italian version (in the table).<\/p>\n

8.<\/strong> <\/strong>Awarding.<\/strong><\/p>\n

World Cup winner is given the title of «Winner of the World Cup 2013 in draughts-64».
\nHe was awarded the trophy, a medal and a diploma of Section-64.
\nThe participants, who came in second and third place in the World Cup will be awarded with medals and diplomas of Section-64.<\/p>\n

Prize fund in\u00a0overall World Cup will be \u20ac 2,500:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1st <\/strong>place — 1000 EUR<\/strong>
\n2nd <\/strong>place — 600 EUR<\/strong>
\n3rd <\/strong>place — 300 EUR<\/strong>
\n4th <\/strong>place — 200 EUR<\/strong>
\n5th <\/strong>place — 100 EUR<\/strong>
\n6th <\/strong>place\u00a0— 100 EUR<\/strong>
\nBest Female — 100 EUR<\/strong>
\nBest boy <\/strong>born in 1997 and younger — 100 EUR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants are required to be present at closing ceremony, in case of violation of this paragraph they are deprive of official awards.<\/p>\n

The winner of the World Cup 2013 will be provided with accommodation and meals by the organizers at the European Championship in 2014, the entry fee he will pay in a single size. Prize-winners of the World Cup will have the opportunity to participate in the European Championship in 2014 with no entry fee. If representatives of another Confederation will win the other competition for them will be determined later.<\/p>\n

9.<\/strong> <\/strong>Financing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Costs at each stage:
\n— For the competition, prize fund, payment for the panel of judges, staff, transportation, computer support — at the expense of organizers;
\n— Admission (lodging, food, transportation) for some foreign participants and invited participants with high ratings (as agreed) — at the expense of organizers;
\n— The costs of all other participants (accommodation, food, transportation, visas, etc.) — at the expense of the sending organizations or the participants themselves;
